People these days are so impatient and rude.Customer service in Singapore is always being criticised.But let's not just look at one side.Look at both parties! While I was busy with the cash register, a woman told me her order.I'm using both hands and brain to count the money and put it in.When I said, "Sorry Ma'am, can you please kindly repeat your order?", she shot me a disguised look! What the fuck is wrong with her? And she certainly got no manners.She talked as if she was angry over something.A woman who looked like some businesswomen doing this kind of stuff? Where is her professionalism?...What I did after that? I give her what she gave me.A scolding.But mine was reasonable! This is what I said, "Ma'am, you can't expect me to count money with my brain and in the same time, hear what ever you are ordering! I've apologised to you earlier and I don't think you even deserve it! Please take your meal and reflect what you have done earlier.Thank you."She took her meal and walked away...

I'm having work again later at 5.As usual, I'm reporting earlier again.I'm just sick sitting at home! Com, T.V, com, T.V.Nothing else.There will be at least 3 more months til Poly opens.Lucky I'm working.If not,...hmm...I don't know.Can't imagine it!
